About Us

Protecting people is why R3 exists. We were founded by first responders who have lived the reality of emergencies. We understand the urgency, the uncertainty, and the moments that change outcomes. What happens in the critical minutes before help arrives can determine the difference between chaos and control, between loss and survival.
